The robotaxi era arrived without a scoreboard. So I built one.

My first Waymo ride was in Austin in October 2024. A spreadsheet of cars I spotted around town became Robotaxi Tracker, an independent, community-powered record of Tesla, Waymo, Zoox and Avride fleets across 15 U.S. markets.

Today it watches 600+ traffic cameras with computer vision, pulls primary records from state DMVs, NHTSA and the CPUC, and is a go-to source for reporters covering autonomy. I publish lower bounds, show my methodology, and correct the record when my numbers get misread.

In summer 2026 I interned on Tesla's Robotaxi team. I've taken 300+ Waymo rides and 50+ Cybercab rides, and I'm still counting.
